COST Office is able to reimburse the travel and hotel costs for a limited amount of participants. They must be members of a ES0701 WG or invited experts but unlike at full WG meetings, not all WG members can be reimbursed. The COST office requires already now a list of those participants that will be reimbursed. To save time, the organizing committee has prompted the at-present eligible AG scientists and experts to report to the list.
